Mon, 06 Apr 2009, IranAir offers international publishers using IranAir to transport their books to Tehran’s Book Fair, a 70 percent discount.
According to the public relations office of Iran’s Cultural Fairs Institute (ICFI), all international publishers, transporting their publications to Iran on IranAir flights will receive the discount.
Some 700 international publishers from European, Asian and Arab countries participate in Tehran’s International Book Fair every year.
The Tehran International Book Fair (TIBF) is considered as one of the important international spots in publishing industry and the most significant publishing event in Asia and the Middle East.
The book fair aims to gather publishers from across the world to negotiate their future business. Furthermore, it serves as a venue for exchange ideas as well as commercial collaborations.
The 22nd edition of Tehran’s International Book Fair will be held at the city’s Grand Prayer Grounds from May 6 to 16, 2009.
